Easy Cookies ‘n Cream Overnight Oats

Today was a big day in my home. Haylee took her first few steps, at only 11 months old! She’s been practicing walking while holding onto my finger for the last couple of days and she finally mastered the skill.

To celebrate such a joyous moment, I’m happy to share a recipe that I created for overnight oats. I love overnight oats for so many reasons.

It’s easy to prepare.

Requires no prep work in the morning.

Enables you to play with many different flavors.

And it offers a nice boost of protein to start your day.

This recipe for cookies ‘n cream overnight oats is so simple! It literally takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.

Grab any glass or mason jar or a bowl and add all the ingredients. I prefer to use a jar since I can close it, shake it, and pop it in the fridge.

If you choose to make it in a bowl, simply mix all the ingredients together, cover it with foil, and stick it in the fridge for the night.

You wake up the next morning to a dessert-like breakfast, all ready for you.

It’s the best feeling not having to prepare food for myself in the morning. This is especially true when I’m so busy getting Haylee’s breakfast ready and feeding my cats.

I’m sure you have a busy morning too and don’t want to be bothered making food for yourself. Every minute in the morning is precious!

  1. This looks nutritious and delicious for my kiddos. I love this idea. I’ve done overnight oats with chia seeds but never with Oreos.
